30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We're confident you'll love your ArtCanvas Pro drawing kit. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with minimal use
- All components of the kit must be included
- Original packaging should be retained when possible
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Used blending stumps and tortillons
- Kneaded erasers that have been used
- Digital guides (if downloaded)
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at returns@artcanvaspro.fr with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Step 2: Return Authorization
Once approved, we'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to our returns center in France. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items:
- We'll inspect the products within 2-3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Replacement or full refund will be processed expeditiously
Exchanges
We currently only process refunds, not exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item following this policy.
